Young-Hoo is an orphan who is tough, quiet and ambitious.  Min-Sub, the successor of his father's company, is self-centered and greedy.  He shows no remorse for other people. 

These two people meet in Macao, where Min-Sub accidentally kills a woman.  Young-Hoo covers up the murder and protects him by throwing the woman's body into the sea. 

Some years later,  they reunite in Seoul, and young-Hoo is hired as a chauffeur to Min-Sub, the murderer.  Young-Hoo later finds himself unbearably attracted to Min-Sub's fiancee.  He also attracts Min-Sub's sister.  His secretive plan is caught on by Min-Sub and they have a tense yet a silent war between them.
