However, Doo-Han’s group was damaged severely too.  In addition, the police strong arrest movement drives Doo-Han’s group into a corner.  Outwardly, young Doo-Han is the No 1 leader among the Korean gangs.  But, there are some local old bosses who reject to follow Doo-Han.  This is another matter to be solved.
After defeat, Hayashi has a good scolding from his master boss in Japan.  He looks out for a chance to counter attack Doo-Han with help of yakuza members from Japan.  Kim Dong-Hui, a Korean member, is eating his heart out between his loyalty to his boss Hayashi and his national consciousness.
Doo-Han does his best to keep the Chignon district from the Japanese gang and the police.
