Judge Park Ki-Poong is famous for the humaneness of his court rulings.  Lawyer Park Soo-Suk specializes in divorce litigation.  As father and son,  they lead a cat-and-dog life. 

They growl at each other everyday, but their affection for each other is hidden deep inside their hearts.  They care for wife and mother, but both of them gasp at the sight of woman's breast. 

The story unfolds with mounting tension surrounding the court when Soo-Suk somewhat bewilderingly takes the murder case to defend June, a motorcycle shop employee, who was wrongly accused.  The probability of winning this case is only 1 percent.  Out attention is drawn to Soo-Suk as to how he will lead this murder case.  In the court, there are Kim Mi-Jung, his arch-rival and love, in the prosecutor's seat and Park Ki-Poong, his arch-enemy, in the judge's seat.
